Question 1

Do my documents leave my building?

Accepted Answer

They are stored on FlowManual's hosted service on secure US infrastructure, encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and isolated to your account. Analysis sends Anthropic extracted text, never the raw files (some drawing and chat features send images of the pages you select); Anthropic does not use it for training and holds it briefly for abuse monitoring. Parsing may send the PDF to Microsoft Azure Document Intelligence in the US, which deletes it within 24 hours and does not train on it, and you can ask us to turn that off for your account. You can download your files anytime and delete your data at any time.

Question 2

Can I upgrade plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and your projects, documents, and history carry over unchanged.

Question 3

Is there a way to try it before buying?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every feature is available on the Free plan with a daily usage allowance, and no card is required to start. Symbol counts on drawing sets take far more usage than a document read: one dense sheet can use more than a full day of the free allowance, so counting a set needs Pro or a trial. Ask us for a trial.
